Many of you know that our last dog, Paxton, was not the most friendly dog! I blame myself for not properly socializing him as a puppy. So, Jason & I decided that we wanted to make sure that Bo and Brady were socially acceptable. Yes, they go to work each day with Jason - that was our first step. They do really well with people, but as with most dogs... they get very excited around other dogs. For example, last month at the lake, Brady spotted another dog at the island. He leaped over the pontoon's seats and rails, into the water, and went directly to the dog. Then he started biting at it's ears - not okay! Oh... and I forgot to mention that he also decided to jump into the owner's fishing boat! Again - not okay! I think Jason would have a heart attack if another dog leaped into our boat!
So, we've decided to take Bo and Brady to Doggy Day Care once a week. Last Thursday was their first day and they had a blast. They played very well with the other dogs and got all "A's" on their report card. Check out the collage below. They were exhausted! We gave them baths and they were ready for bed at 6:00 p.m. (picture in the middle). They slept all night! I am sure they cannot wait to go back this week!
