Charlie Allen at Grandma's House Check out this adorable picture of my mother's new dog, Charlie. I took it this evening following a delicious dinner at Grandma's! (Thank you, again, Grandma!) He's a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. About one week before Thanksgiving, Mom, Grandma and I took a road trip to pick Charlie up from North Carolina. We met the breeder about halfway in a small town in Kentucky. We had a fun-filled girls night on Saturday full of shopping, dinner, and simply relaxing in the hotel room. Then on Sunday, we woke up, ate breakfast, played a round of 'Hand & Foot' (one of our favorite card games), and then took off to greet the newest addition to The Phillips Family. We fell in love with him instantly. He has brought our family so much joy ~ especially going through our first holiday season without Grandpa. I hope his sweet little face makes you smile!
